Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, responsible professional to join our growing team as an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will enjoy using their strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Duties for the Office Manager include maintaining files and documents, previous experience as a front office manager or office administrator would be an advantage.Experience with a variety of office software (emails, spreadsheets, and databases). The office manager should be able to handle the smooth running of our organization, ensure adherence to company policy and improve company procedures especially day-today operations. This candidate would have experience or be willing to learn about grants, research and writing. Completing donor databases and fundraising objectives. On occasion be available for on the floor programs.Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Bookkeeping/invoices/ reconcile bank accounts/payroll remittance
  • Quickbooks experience
  • Research and support grant writing
  • Assist with administration tasks
  • Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Google Suites
  • Be a role model for other employees.
  • Assist with donor management and fundraising
  • Ensure the highest level of quality in the creation and maintenance of marketing material.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, CasualSalary: $18.00-$19.00 per hourBenefits:
