Job Description

We are a Pre-Owned Automotive Dealership in Bowmanville seeking for a quality candidate to join our growing team. This qualified individual will fulfill our Administrative Assistant position with the main responsibility to assist with any office administrative tasks and will help with any day to day operation of the dealership. This is a part time position with the opportunity to become full time.Responsibilities are but not limited to;- Processing incoming vehicles into the system and creating new vehicle files, key tags, price decals, year plates and etc.- Take photos of all new vehicle arrivals- In charge of licensing for all vehicle sales, including picking up and dropping off files at Service Ontario- Ordering and keeping track of office supplies- Assisting in scanning and filing required documents and receipts for each vehicle sale- Processing daily deposits and closing out interact machines- Charting and and checking over vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are properly detailed and gassed- Assist with moving vehicles around and the organization of the lot- May be require to assist in picking up and dropping off vehicles to different locations- Maintaining a clean office space- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to fellow employees- Charting employee hours, breaks and missed days- Charting gas card usage and organizing receipts- Any other admin work required by managementQualifications:- Excellent organizational and communication skills- Proficiency in MS Office- Handle ALL tasks with utmost confidentiality- Experience with Dealership CRM systems- Must be punctual and have excellent time management- Must have a positive attitude and work well with other fellow employees- Valid Class G Ontario Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract***Please reach out for further information on responsibility requirements for this position.
