Job Description

We are focused on being the #1 Canadian Infrastructure Company and the first choice employer in our industry.Position OverviewThis position has been implemented to assist our project team with performing on-site testing specifically for COVID-19. The Covid Test Coordinator follows the companies COVID-19 protocols for testing workers for possible infection. This position will not be required to provide any medical care.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing test kit material inventory for ongoing COVID-19 testing
  • Creating and circulating employee reminders regarding mandatory COVID-19 testing
  • Providing detailed instructions to employees to ensure proper testing
  • Completing data entry including employees’ name, employee number, and test results
  • Supervising self-administered specimen collections and ensuring proper handling, storing and shipping
  • Communicating and recording daily testing results
  • Additional duties as assigned
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Successful completion of a High School Diploma
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • 1 – 2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Valid Nuclear Security Clearance is a requirement for this position
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate with workers at all levels of the organization
  • Must have computer skills to perform duties including software experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to deal with sensitive issues in a confidential manner
  • Sound judgement and conflict management skills
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors and to stand and sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work flexible work schedule required, days nights and weekends
