Marketing Coordinator Description of responsibilities: Social Media - Continuing to enhance and maintain TNLH exposure and presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Houzz, & TNLH Blog. (Anticipated posting three times a week on all platforms through Buffer)Website management - Assisting in the continued development, implementation, and monitoring of the True North Log Home WordPress website. Continually updating this website with new content, news, and events. Monitoring dealer updates and activity on this website.Customer Engagement - Developing creative ways to retain customer engagement with TNLH through means of Survey Monkey, Mailchimp, Webinars and other venues. (Anticipated posting Three times a month)Content Creation - Coordinating photo shoots of client’s homes, technology videos, customer testimonials (written & video). Creating various advertisements, brochures, business cards and literature for TNLH sales staff, magazines, dealers, and online venues. Creating sales tools, such as but not limited to colours selection brochures and online selection tools. May be required to visit job sites from time to time to take photographs or video content. Watermarking, editing, and resizing images. Applying for industry related awards. Creating content and publishing to the company blog.Advertising & PR – Reach out to local & International publications both in print and online to increase TNLH presence with ads and articles.Marketing Targets – Create & monitor media campaigns and track engagement, lead generation, conversion rates and work to increase these metrics to meet targets set by the management team.Reporting: Quarterly presentation to management on task completion, overall status of marketing initiatives/lead generation, budget allocation, and set future goals.Trade Show & Seminar – May be required to aid the sales team, partners, & dealerships during major events throughout North America and Europe.IT Troubleshooting & Coordination – Assist TNLH Staff in General trouble shooting basic computer issues with escalation to outside I.T. resource.Special Projects – Assist in the planning and execution of a future growth strategy with the implementation of new technology and route to market initiatives with the Management teamGoogle Certifications, Hubspot Certifications, and videography capabilities considered significant assets.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
