Job Description

Dr. Rebecca Genuis is passionate about educating and empowering women through her work in preconception care. The clinic is focused on helping women to prepare their bodies for pregnancy and thus have healthier pregnancies and healthier children.https://www.rebeccagenuis.com/​All qualified applicants will be considered; however, only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Clinic Concierge will be responsible for providing outstanding support (remotely) to patients in the preconception care program (PCCP), and to Dr. Rebecca Genuis. The Clinic Concierge also ensures that overall operations are executed including, sales, client care, customer service, marketing initiatives and administrative duties. Professional marketing support will be provided initially, after which the clinic concierge will maintain ongoing marketing campaigns.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the smooth progression of the daily client schedule and co-ordination of online meetings.
  • Acts as a resource person to Dr. Genuis
  • Establish and manage marketing and social media objectives.
  • Update and maintain patient database and Dr. Genuis schedule
  • Set up automations and monthly patient emails using office software.
  • Monitor and reply to emails or direct to Dr. Genuis
  • Take note of relevant emails from CPSA, CMPA, CFPC etc and flag for Dr. Genuis as required
  • Send regular monthly emails to PCCP patients to keep them on track with program
  • Order and mail out patient packages, lab kits and gifts
  • Book follow up appointments as required
  • Ensures completion of all paperwork, client forms, client correspondence, etc. in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Assists Dr. Genuis in acquisition of new clients.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Ideal CandidateDr. Rebecca Genuis is looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and keen to provide first rate customer service to her patients. She requires help with the administrative tasks of running her practice and staying in touch with past, present and potential patients. The candidate should have a solid background in implementing and managing marketing and social media campaigns. The candidate must be fully computer literate and experienced using a variety of programs. An interest in women’s health and fertility and the challenges faced by clinic patients would be a plus, but is not required.*This position is a full time role. The shift is Tuesday - Friday in office and Saturday via remote access. Starting wage is $20 depending on experience, with a potential bonus plan to be determined after 3 months.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $20.00 per hourSchedule:
