Job Description

Mighty Expedite is a leading non-asset based 3PL/Freight Broker based out of Burlington Ontario for the past 22 years. We are a solutions provider focused on cross border and domestic LTL, FTL and oversized shipments.We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. (Willing to train)Role:

  • Answer Customer and Carrier calls
  • Source reputable Carriers
  • Pricing & Negotiating
  • Data entry
  • Tracking and tracing
  • Continuous communication with both Customers and Carriers
  • Help move Freight in a cost effective way for the customer
  • Problem solving
  • Customer Service calls
