Job Description

Markstone Landscaping is seeking an Inside Sales Assistant / Customer Service Rep. .Company description: Markstone Landscaping is a West-GTA contractor providing quality hardscaping services specializing in interlock and concrete flatwork. With over 10 years of experience, we are a trusted name in residential construction servicing Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville and Burlington.Work Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
  • May require some Saturday support
  • This is not a remote role
Duties include:
  • Monitoring email and phone line in order to be the first point of contact for all incoming customer calls and inquiries. Providing customer service to potential and existing customers.
  • Screening/ qualifying all incoming sales leads using highly strategic criteria. Recording all incoming sales leads using CRM platform.
  • Strategically scheduling all qualified leads into Sales Representatives schedule in order to minimize driving time and maximize efficiency.
  • Manage Sales Representative schedules/calendars to help confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Notifying customers of project and payment schedules.
  • Following up with customers after job completion.
  • Scheduling locates with Ontario One Call.
  • Working closely with the Project Coordinator to manage workflow - as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience Lead Screening/ Qualifying required
  • Dispatching experience, an asset
  • Experience with Sales Force, LMN, or other CRM platform, an asset
  • Highly organized individual with exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per yearBenefits:

  • Computer & Phone: 2 years (preferred)
