Job Description

We are a small, growing service company serving the Halton, Hamilton, and Niagara regions. We are located in Burlington, ON and are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to work 20-25 hours per week. Flexible schedule during business hours (Mon. to Fri., 8:00am to 4:30 pm).We are looking for someone responsible for general office administration and service co-ordination. Reporting to the Owner, you will be responsible for some bookkeeping, customer service, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. You will be the heartbeat of our customer service.Experience required

  • some experience in a similar role or a post-secondary education in Business Administration
  • experience in the service industry including fire protection is an asset
  • strong oral and written communications skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • demonstrated ability to organize and multi-task in an accurate manner
  • works well independently and with a level of initiative
  • experience with simple bookkeeping (receivables, payables, etc.)
