Job Description

ARC Business Solutions Inc. is a customer-oriented information technology solution provider with proven abilities to incorporate strategy, creativity and technical aspects into business solutions. Service delivery is focused in four main technology solution verticals: Systems Delivery, Enterprise Information Management, Training and Managed Services; with industry expertise in Energy, Utilities, Government, Financial Services and the Public Sector.ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Workday Security Admin for immediate opportunities.ROLE:Workday Security AdminRole:

  • Serve as Workday security administrator, with a deep understanding of Workday’s security framework and cross platform business processes to drive and adopt and business processes for HCM, Financials and Adaptive.
  • Create and update security policies, domains, segmented security, role-based /user-based roles.
  • Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy on a quarterly or periodic basis
  • Document proper internal security controls
  • Lead the validation, vetting of all roles and respective security group assignments, domain security policy and BP security policy by functional area as requests are submitted.
  • Support and communicate Workday releases and enhancements with respect to security and roles.
  • Help implement and test new security functionality
  • Communicate security system changes and enhancements to the user community
  • Work with stakeholders in the organization to understand their security aspects of use cases, propose technical solutions and implement those solutions
  • Develop security and role based user procedures, guidelines and documentation to support usage, knowledge transfer and change management programs
Skills:
  • Understanding of system architecture components in a multi-tier, multi-platform systems
  • A minimum for 3 years Security Admin experience leading, designing, configuring Workday security matrix, maintaining and creatingsecurity groups, roles, permissions across all modules
  • Workday Security Subject Matter Expert
  • Significant experience including responsibility for system configuration, access management, testing, and providing user support as it relates to security
  • Great analytical skills and creative problem solving, showing ability to trace root-cause, analyze and present multiple resolution options.
Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.We offer a competitive salary, profit sharing, share options and a comprehensive benefits package.
