Job descriptioniA Auto Finance a fully owned subsidiary of Industrial Alliance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast growing team in the finance industry! As a customer service representative, you will work as a part of our team to confer with clients over the phone to provide exceptional customer service.Our offices are in Oakville, Ontario and Brossard, Québec.Responsibilities: · Answer all incoming calls from customers with a sense of urgency· Provide exceptional customer service to customers· Working as part of a team to develop successful strategies for our clients’ financial goals· Discuss iA Auto Finances financial services information with clients· Interact with clients, objection handling, make welcome calls to clientsSkills/Abilities: · Strong organizational & problem solving skills· Strong computer skills, ability to toggle between screens· Ability to quickly learn and understand programs needed in our financial company· Ability to work in a fast paced environment· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Fluent in writing and speaking English – French is an asset· Credit knowledge is an asset· Possible Shifts (made consistent after training period): 9AM – 5PM (including Saturdays), 11AM – 7PM, 1PM – 9PMQualifications: · Diploma/Certificate in related industry is an asset· Previous work experience in a call-center work environment/equivalent· Previous work experience in providing excellent customer service· Knowledge in Microsoft Office, previous work experience with Excel is an assetJob Type: Full-time (remote work environment)Salary: $40,000.00 per year + Annual BonusApplication questionsYou have requested that Indeed ask candidates the following questions: · How many years of Customer Service experience do you have· Have you worked in a call centre or financial institutionTélétravail
