The result: a quality product that’s built right – the first time.Our Labour team will be expected to perform tasks that require a more experienced skillset. From using tools to working closely with trades and subcontractors, our skilled labor team will be handling more delicate and/or more complex duties. Key Responsibilities

• Working with the site superintendent and foreman to receive and complete tasks required;
• Using tools, powered tools, or machinery to work and perform on-site. Operating machinery as needed to assist with the task on hand;
• Measuring and cutting materials as needed, helping with hands-on installations, performing spot checks and deficiency checks on finished sections of the site, etc;
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for you and others;
• Attending safety meetings, toolbox talks, and orientations to better understand the safety aspect of each site;
• Aiding and assisting other workers on site where needed.

• Willingness and ability to perform the required tasks (lifting, carrying, moving materials up to 50lbs.);
• Good work ethic and attitude towards hard work and long hours;
• A good understanding of drawings, and reading plans, and the ability to measure out materials accurately;
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye to identify issues or problems before they arise;
• Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, heavy-duty machinery, and equipment;
• A desire to build and grow your career within a well-establish organization in the Vancouver construction field.
