Soleno is currently looking for a shipping receipt clerk to oversee operations for its Carington plant.Soleno is first and foremost a company that designs, manufactures, and distributes high quality solutions for the control and management of rainwater in an efficient, ecological and sustainable way.Reporting to the Yard Manager, you will: · Receive visitors, customers and truckers, and direct them to the right place· Prepare and submit paperwork needed for product pick up and shipping· Complete the necessary documents for sending various mail· Plan loading and unloading priorities according to instructions· Manage yard product storage· Load and unload trailers according to set plan· Prepare orders, pipe nesting, as required· Check and confirm quantities and quality of products received or shipped· Place products in their appropriate location upon reception· Conduct physical inventory of products as instructed· Ensure documents required upon receipt or shipment are completed and returned to the appropriate person· Manage movement of trailers movement as require· Respond to requests and instructions from the transportation department as required· Complete any other related task requested by immediate supervisor· All other related tasksRequirements · High School diploma or equivalent· 2 years of experience in a similar position or in a production or manufacturing environment· Driver’s licence· Can operate a forklift and visualize an entire load· Able to solve problems, work in a team and under pressure, you are organized, analytical, independent, good communicator and results-orientedBenefits include: · Competitive salary with bonus, annual salary review· Remote working policy with an emphasis on hybrid work· Social benefits after 3 months (life insurance and long-term disability) and medical, legal, travel and critical illness insurance· Telemedecine· Thirteen (13) statutory holidays and one statutory holiday on your birthday· Reimbursement of up to $100 for gym membership fees· Employee Assistance Program· Possibilities of advancement in the company· Ongoing professional training and development – ​​50% reimbursement on school fees· Reimbursement of safety equipmentYour professional future in one click: Corporate Video | Soleno on VimeoIf you are looking for a dynamic work environment, send your resume.
