Company:Pario Engineering and Environmental Sciences LPDraftsperson - Full-time (Concord, Ontario)Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences LP (Pario) is a niche consulting firm working almost exclusively within the insurance and risk management market segments providing environmental science, emergency response and forensic engineering services.Pario Engineering and Environmental Sciences LP is currently seeking a detail-oriented, well-organized, and dependable Draftsperson to join our team. The Draftsperson is responsible for the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.This position will be based out of our office in Concord, Ontario.The successful candidates will meet the following qualifications and experience:

  • Must have expert knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
  • Must have an Architectural, or Structural Technologist Diploma from a recognized educational institution
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Must hold a valid G class license
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Positive, self-driven, motivated, personal attitude
  • Willingness to be licensed to operate a fork truck is an asset
  • Must be willing to attend sites, take measurements, operate a laser scanner, and assist with site investigations as required
  • Must be able and willing to work in a variety of locations, and situations involving hot or cold weather conditions, and in a variety of situations, some of which may involve close quarters, and confined spaces.
