Job Description

SUMMARYThe function of this position is to pursue and acquire new customers in addition to maintaining current customer accounts and addressing customer product and pricing concerns.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales calls on potential new accounts
  • Maintain regular communication and service existing accounts
  • Responsible for maintaining customer relations with accounts and addressing customer concerns effectively
  • Communicate with manager regarding changes in marketplace related to product trends, pricing, etc...
  • Keep customers informed on product changes and/or new product offerings
  • Network with customers at trade shows and dealer promotions
  • Communicate with manager regarding potential sales and marketing strategies
  • Inspect and report on warranty claims
  • Develop new sales territory to drive profitability of the branch locationQUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • The ideal candidate will possess a university degree or college diploma backed by several years of relevant experience within sales or sales management focusing on small and medium-sized businesses
  • Must have a valid class “G” Drivers License and able to travel as required
