Job Description

Afin d’être considéré pour ce poste, le candidat recherché doit être apte à :

  • Prendre connaissance des exigences concernant les opérations à être effectuées;
  • Utiliser les instructions de fabrication (resident planning);
  • Travailler à la fabrication des honeycombs;
  • Effectuer les étapes de laminage des différents matériaux modernes aéronautiques (pièces et/ou outillages);
  • Effectuer les étapes de découpage, perçage, sablage, collage et la finition des différents composants aéronautiques (ex : pièces de carrosserie aéronautique et/ou outillages);
  • Calcul de ratio de mélange
  • Inspecter (visuel) le travail effectué
  • Vérifier que toutes les étapes de fabrication sont en conformité avec les exigences des clients;
  • Compléter les documents ou rapports relatifs au poste;
  • Expédier les pièces et la feuille de route à l’opération suivante;
  • Tâches connexes.
Formation / Expérience
  • Secondaire V ou équivalent;
  • Expérience dans un travail connexe en usine;
Aptitudes particulières
  • Dextérité manuelle;
  • Connaissance de base des mathématiques;
  • Professionnel, méthodique, ordonné, méticuleux et soigneux
  • Capacité à respecter les standards qualitatifs et quantitatifs

JOB DESCRIPTIONIn order to be considered for this position, the qualified candidate must be able to:
  • Be aware of the requirements of the operations to be performed;
  • Use the manufacturing instructions (resident planning);
  • Work on the manufacturing of honeycombs;
  • Carry out the steps of lamination of the various modern aeronautical materials (parts and/or tools);
  • Carry out the steps of cutting, drilling, sanding, gluing and finishing of different aeronautical components (ex: aeronautical body parts and/or tools);
  • Calculation of mixing ratio
  • Inspect (visually) the work performed
  • Verify that all manufacturing steps are in compliance with customer requirements;
  • Complete job related documents or reports;
  • Dispatch parts and route sheet to next operation;
  • Related duties.
Background / Experience
  • Secondary V or equivalent;
  • Experience in a related factory job;
Special Skills
  • Manual dexterity;
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics;
  • Professional, methodical, orderly, meticulous and careful
  • Ability to respect qualitative and quantitative standards
