You will be working closely with a great team of like-minded individuals with an extensive knowledge base and a true desire to help each other in order to reach our goals.Location: Hamilton and from time-to-time work from our St. Catharines locationDuties of the Junior Assistant Property Administrator:· Position the Company as a professional Real Estate Investment Resource· Provide exceptional and professional written and verbal communication to Tenants and Owners· Answer and respond to Tenant inquiries in a timely fashion· Monitor Property Management Software for Maintenance Requests· Update records and notes for Investors and Tenants· Invoicing and Administrative tasks· Managing the Leasing Application Process including collecting information, following up, checking references, and running credit checks· Supporting Investors and Tenants with Maintenance Requests including scheduling, sourcing contractors, documenting pre-and post-work as well as invoicing· Work closely with Leasing Specialists and Property Managers for a 365-degree view of each property and unit in support of maximizing our Investors portfolios while creating great Tenant relationships.What You Bring to Us:· Highly organized and above-average follow up skills· Excellent communicator, written and verbal· Intermediate level software skills for invoicing, documenting, and data entry· A Love for Real Estate Investing & Helping People· A Strong Work Ethic· A Growth Mindset· A Teachable Mindset· Excellent Problem Solving SkillsThis is an in-office role and requires that the successful candidate hold a valid driver's license and use of a reliable vehicle.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $36,000.00-$38,000.00 per yearJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $36,000.00-$38,000.00 per yearBenefits:
