Job Description

Restaurant Pearl Morissette and RPM BakehouseThe Chef de Cuisine will work closely with the RPM management team and farm to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dynamic new concept in Jordan Village, Niagara. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the management of service, staff development and working creatively with the management team of RPM to develop menus.We are a workplace that is focused on team building, education and personal growth which requires individuals that are willing to be flexible and work well in a team atmosphere. Experience is an asset, but more importantly, is a desire for growth in hospitality.Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years culinary experience
  • Past culinary managerial experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Efficiency using Google Sheets, Excel or similar software
  • Experience in food/beverage costing
  • Motivated, flexible and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must possess excellent communication and strong leadership skills
Expected start date: October 2021 (preferred)Salary: $60,000-$70,000We proudly offer:
