You help establish and promote the organization’s online brand image by creating, managing and updating social and digital media communications and serving as social media community manager.You advise clients and partners to help them with small- to medium-scale print media initiatives. You develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.General Information on the Position Main Responsibilities

  • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
  • Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans
  • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
  • Address moderately complex to complex communications needs
  • Identify, analyze and propose client communication strategies that are tailored to the business context
  • Carry out recommendations to support communication activities, including writing communications for users and developing presentation content
  • Propose effective communication methods and help develop tools
  • Work with other communications advisors to integrate changes into business solutions
Other working conditions
  • Work place : Currently regular telework because of the pandemic. Position located in Montreal, Mississauga or Levis, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work
  • Number of job available : 1
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication or an appropriate discipline
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Relevant strategic communications experience in a large organization
  • Relevant change management experience in a large organization (an asset)

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
Specific knowledge
  • Proficiency in writing communications
  • Good command of the Office Suite and Office 365
  • Expertise in creating and implementing communication plans and tools
  • Proficiency in change management tools and methods (an asset)
  • Knowledge of the operational structure of the Member and Client Relations Division (an asset)
  • Good communication skills in French and English, both oral and written
