Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the front end operations while providing support for the agents, clients and management, the applicant must be a highly self-motivated and friendly individual that possesses strong communication skills and an exceptional work ethicWhat you will bring:· Exceptional Customer Service and Client Experience skill (on the phone /in person)· Highly professional and confidential.· A team player and collaborative demeanour· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Excellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detail· High Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Strong computer literacy)Responsibility:· Answering all incoming phone calls, managing and constantly checking our general E-mail· Handling general inquiries from agents in a pleasant and timely manner.· Greet Agents and clients at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner.· Receive and accept mail and courier packages including processing and sending outgoing mail, ordering couriers for deliveries.· Handling Deposit cheques offers and listings.· Participate and assist in coordinating business events, office meetings, projects and initiatives· Perform any other job functions as necessary to ensure continued smooth operation of the business.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearWork remotely:
