Job Description

Our Production Department is looking for a Production Quality Expert to support the operations related to the Service Department; including receiving, inspection, warehousing, order picking and shipping. He/she is also a key player in the evolution of our quality assurance and control processes and the continuous improvement of our production operations.Your projects will lead you to :

  • Assume a leadership role in identifying the causes of quality problems and implementing corrective actions;
  • Coordinate various quality and continuous improvement projects for production operations;
  • Assist the teams in the processing of complaints and corrective actions related to the components;
  • Assist the procurement team in the qualification, evaluation, follow-up and improvement of our suppliers;
  • Participate in quality planning activities for new parts;
  • Participate in quality planning activities for new parts; Participate directly in deviation requests, change controls and non-conformances;
  • Develop inspection methods and standards and write work instructions;
  • Conduct internal audits of production operations;
  • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of Quality Performance Indicators;
  • Improve quality procedures and instructions.
You have the profile you are looking for if you :
  • Have a college or university degree in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent training;
  • Have a significant experience in quality assurance/control in a manufacturing environment of at least 5 years;
  • Have advanced knowledge in reading drawings;
  • Communicates and works well in a team environment;
  • Is autonomous and resourceful;
  • Know how to work under pressure;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize;
  • Speak English at an intermediate/advanced level both orally and in writing.

  • Master the ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards;
  • Have knowledge of electronics.
