• Mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes pour améliorer les processus tout en réduisant les coûts
• Influencer et faciliter les communications entre parties prenantes internes
• Être un agent de changement pour promouvoir la culture de service à la clientèle interne

• Devra participer à enquêter et identifier les risques relié à la PREFAL
• Être un leader des opportunités damélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes, ePPS
• Gérer les priorités en lien avec les objectifs
• Être responsable de synthétiser des situations simples à complexes afin de les présenter à différents niveaux de gestions de montage ou gamme de fabrication destinés à la fabrication ou à lassemblage de composantes davions
• Interpréter, vérifier et approuver les dessins et autres documents provenant du service de lingénierie
• Établir des stratégies dassemblage et de fabrication de composantes davion
• Définir les outils nécessaires à la fabrication ou lassemblage de composantes davion afin dassurer le tolérancement géométrique requis
• Harmoniser limplantation de changements dingénierie ou de stratégie dassemblage et ce en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les services dingénierie, de logistique des matières, de la qualité et de production et autres fonctions méthodes de l`organisation
• Être à laffût des façons daméliorer les stratégies dassemblage et de fabrication en plus de prendre part à des projets de recherche et de développement

En tant que candidat idéal,

• Vous détenez un baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou industriel ou un DEC en génie ou en aéronautique avec un minimum de 5 à 8 ans dexpérience pertinente. Certification PMP ou expérience en gestion de projet est un atout
• Vous avez une solide expérience en amélioration continue
• Vous pouvez jouer un rôle clé en méthodologie de résolution de problèmes
• Vous avez la capacité de travailler sous pression et de respecter les échéances
• Vous avez un esprit analytique et une capacité à résoudre efficacement les problèmes
• Vous faites preuve de leadership, dautonomie et de capacité à travailler en équipe
• Vous avez un esprit logique et flexible, avec un sens de linitiative et une attention aux détails
• Vous avez une bonne structure de travail afin dêtre efficace dans votre organisation du travail
• Vous avez une forte capacité à synthétiser et à documenter les informations
• Vous avez une très bonne connaissance de la suite Google

• Implement innovative solutions that will improve the way we do business, and reduce costs
• Support projects by having strong influence and facilitating adequate communication with internal stakeholders
• Be an agent of change to promote customer services mindset
• Have to investigate and identify risks impacting Prefal
• Be a leader of opportunities for continuous improvement and problem solving
• Manage priorities in line with objectives
• Be responsible to synthesize simple to complex situations in order to present to different management levels
• Interpret, verify and recognize drawings and other documents from engineering department
• Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components
• Define the tools needed to manufacture or assemble aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing
• Harmonize the implementation of engineering or assembly strategy changes by working in close collaboration with the engineering, materials logistics, quality and production
• Be on the lookout for ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies in addition to taking part in research and development projects

As the ideal candidate,

• You hold a Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or DEC in Engineering or Aeronautics with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. PMP certification or experience in project management is an asset
• You have strong experience in continuous improvement and problem solving
• You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• You have an analytical mind and an ability to efficiently solve problems
• You hold leadership, autonomy and ability to work in a team
• You have a logical and flexible mind, with a sense of initiative and attention to detail
• You have a good work structure in order to be efficient in your work organization
• You have strong capability to synthesize and document information
• You have knowledge of Google computer systems
