We combine speed, innovation and flawless execution to ensure confidence and security in the world ahead.About your next Challenge as a Analyst Mechanical Systems :Work in the Systems/Specialties group for the military CF-18 Program. The candidate will assist the technical lead in the assessment of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) F-18 maintenance program and help its successful transition into the existing Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Maintenance Program. The candidate will participate in some of the activities necessary to assure continuing airworthiness of CF-18 fleet mechanical systems as delegated by Canadian Department of National Defense (DND).What You Will Do:

• Under supervision, address maintenance snags and analyze them in relation to established design data, in-service experience and the resultant deterioration in the level of system safety;
• Under supervision, provide technical support and engineering disposition in order to restore the structural integrity and the systems performance of the damaged structures/systems. The solutions must be in accordance with the customers requirements, military (MIL-STD or other), civil (FAR, TC), and / or corporate standards in place;
• Assist the technical leader in developing mechanical system modifications and installation work instructions, procedures and recommendations;
• Identify discrepancies and/or problems with drawings before releasing to production and implements corrective action to ensure the timely release;
• Support/participate in integration tests on the system; develop test scripts;
• Under supervision, provide detailed evaluation of the reliability impact of proposed design changes per ARP4761 and / or MIL-STD-882E;
• Under supervision, assess contributing factors of system safety and airworthiness degradations by launching a root cause analysis. Identify corrective actions to restore system Reliability;
• Prepare technical reports;
• Actively work to improve daily processes, and ensures all work meets quality requirements.
