This individual will be required to collaborate across management and operations teams to communicate on various campaigns, projects, and overall progress. This role will work very closely with our Performance, Talent, and Culture team leaders.Mainly recruit for our logistics (warehouse) and office roles across Canada and in the USASupport end-to-end recruitment and talent activities, while consistently looking for ways to improve our systemsWork closely with the CEO of Stallion Express and other department leads/managers to ensure we are hitting our hiring targets; continuously assess ongoing staffing requirementsSupport the development of strategies to ensure we are retaining and sourcing the right candidates and top talentAssist with facilitating onboarding for new employeesBuild and maintain trusting relationships with Stallion Express employees; Support team members by answering general questions, check-ins, and time-off requestsTravel between GTA branch locations weekly or semi-weekly, and travel across Ontario and North America occasionally when required.Other tasks as assignedRequirementsMinimum 1 year experience with full cycle recruitingMinimum 1 year experience with employee relations or as an HR Generalist or similar roleAble to travel to various Stallion Express locations (Markham, London, Mississauga, Pickering, Vancouver, Montreal, Niagara Falls).
