We would love to tell you more about what it’s like to work here.The WorkThis role is an essential part of our Core Lending Group and will support with the planning, design and execution of all software testing activities within Equitable Bank. You’ll contribute to the overall success of the team in reaching team goals and objectives.Le travailCe poste est une partie essentielle de notre groupe Prêts de base. • Create and manage testing strategy, estimates and test plans for Project Delivery on smaller projects
• Review business requirements with the Business Analyst and business users and clarify any ambiguity ensuring testing conditions are understood
• Develop and execute test cases within the agreed upon timelines ensuring the application is performing as expected
• Assess and escalate critical & high impact quality issues to the Technology Delivery Lead or Project Lead
• Review test deliverables, manage defects and document test results for smaller
• Participate in defect review meetings and provide analysis as required
• Assist in the validation of newly created testing environments in coordination with vendors and IT
• Troubleshoot and review logs/queues as required to analyze potential defects
• Assist Technology Delivery Lead or Project Manager in creating status and progress reports and testing metrics as required
• Follow prescribed change control procedures, making sure all changes are properly documented, approved and communicated

• Concevoir et exécuter les cas de test de régression dans les délais convenus, en veillant à ce que l’application fonctionne comme prévu.
• Évaluer les problèmes de qualité critiques et à incidence élevée et les transmettre au responsable de la mise en œuvre des technologies ou au responsable du projet.
• Examiner les livrables de test, gérer les défauts et documenter les résultats des tests pour les petits projets.
• Participer aux réunions de revue des défauts et fournir des analyses si nécessaire.
• Participer à la validation des environnements d’essai nouvellement créés, en collaboration avec les fournisseurs et le service des technologies de l’information.
• Effectuer le dépannage et examiner les journaux/files d’attente, au besoin, pour analyser les défauts potentiels.
• Aider le responsable de la mise en œuvre des technologies ou le gestionnaire de projet à créer des rapports d’étape et des mesures d’essai, au besoin.
• Suivre les procédures de contrôle des changements prescrites, en s’assurant que tous les changements sont correctement documentés, approuvés et communiqués.

• This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:
• Sound 2+ years of experience with creating Test Strategies, Test Plans and Project QA artifacts in a Financial Institution
• Demonstrated experience of SDLC and of Agile/Scrum software development process
• Ability to learn new technologies and to interact effectively within a cross functional team
• Strong skills in using JIRA + Confluence + Zephyr, and previous experience working with Core Banking Systems
