Job Description

Only apply if you are available to start immediately Saturday and Sunday from 9 am-5 pm.We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s managers.Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, Maintenance quality assurance, research, ordering inventory etc. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized.Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the manager.Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact among managers, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage calendars and set up meetings
  • keeping up with building supply inventory
  • Handle all forms of communication – memos, emails, messaging, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Requirements. Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent MS Office knowledge*
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, Spanish is a bonus.
  • High School degree
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus
