Our mission is to create a safe space that empowers individuals to embrace their authentic selves, guided by an exceptional all-female team through a transformative photoshoot experience.THE ROLE: We are currently seeking a highly organized and bilingual Executive Assistant to support C-Level Executives in their day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing schedules, communications, and coordinating various tasks across departments.RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Schedule Management:Organize and manage the C-Level Executives calendars, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings and appointments.2. Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, handling emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.5. Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of day-to-day tasks.6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance by preparing reports, documents, and presentations as needed.7. Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, considering the CEOamp; President #39;s preferences and business requirements.RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:1. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.2. Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.3. Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of the executive team.4. Discretion: Exercise a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. 5. Location: Must be able to work from the company #39;s headquarters located in the Old Port of Montreal and be able to travel within North America frequently.QUALIFICATIONS:
