Its key activities include scientific research, education, development of anti-doping capacities, and monitoring of the World Anti-Doping Code (Code) – the document harmonizing anti-doping policies in all sports and all countries.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated person for the position of Manager, Talent Development and Employee Experience. This person possesses a critical mind, is solution-oriented and has excellent interpersonal skills. In a changing and growing environment, this person will continually demonstrate their ability to support and collaborate with employees and HR team members.The Manager will actively participate in the development and implementation of various programs and projects related to the development of human skills (soft skills) and leadership.
