  • Coordinate regular reporting and review sessions with key stakeholders on status – summarize actions and Minutes of Meetings.
  • Maintain and update schedules for each phase of the projects, ensure alignment across work streams and with overall program schedules
  • Advise stakeholders across departments and teams to keep focus on priority tasks; track and help to resolve interdepartmental dependencies
  • Manage the requirements and assumptions for a large dossier of projects including all contributing data.
  • Work with Work Stream leaders to manage data and updates; perform data input and analysis for Work Stream Leaders ensuring data is entered correctly and presented in a clear format.
  • Actively manage project Action registers and Risk registers, providing alerts to assure timely responses and resolutions
  • Prepare executive summary data in support of management reviews of project progress and health
  • Manage version control on all project management documentation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or management field
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience including 2 years in a project management role
  • Experience in a high technology culture and environment
  • Diploma or Certificate in Project management, PMI certification is a plus
  • Superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrated skills in project tools such as Smartsheets, Zoho Projects or equivalent
  • Proven experience working with cross functional/cross geographic teams
  • Prior experience of Aerospace engineering processes and tools is an added advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both English and French
  • Self-disciplined with proven experience & ability to work in a hybrid work environment/culture (remote and in the office
