DETAILSStatus: 2-year contract (with possibility to extend as needed)Location: Hybrid (ÃŽle des SÅ“urs office)Language: French and EnglishOVERVIEWWe are looking for an experienced full-time SAP Project Manager - Stream Lead to join a greenfield SAP S4/Hana implementation program to lead the day-to-day management of the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) work streams for the North America region. This role can be based either in Oakville (Ontario) or Montreal (Quebec) and reports to the Global Program Manager, in charge of the SAP global deployment program.The successful candidate will have a track record of proven and successful SAP implementations with diversified project management expertise. He or She will oversee the end-to-end process for the assigned streams during its complete implementation life cycle and ensure that the process is rolled out in accordance with plan. The candidate will facilitate collaboration within the workstream amongst the technical and functional teams and will also contribute to the planning for their respective work streams.RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of the end-to-end process (EWM) during its complete implementation life cycle.
• Participate in project planning activities and manage execution of projects according to plan.
• Responsible for rolling out the End-to-End EWM process (i.e., makes sure things get done).
• Responsible for the planning and budget of his streams, incl. Business Integrator and System Integrator.
• Monitor progress, critical path, including dependencies.
• Identify & manages Risks.
• Aligns stakeholders.
• Drives Key Design Documents through decision process (incl. using escalation if needed).
• Syncs with peer E2E stream leads.
• Transparent Communication of status inside the stream and to the PMO.
• Review and approve deliverables according to acceptance criteria.
• Execute milestone/phase gate reviews according to plan.
• Facilitates Collaboration inside the Workstream, for all between Functional Lead and Solution Architect.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP designation an asset or formal Project Management Training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally with experience in at least two ERP implementation including the EWM or Warehouse management modules
• Solid project management skills (develop project objectives and charter, determine resource allocation, track progress, etc.)
• SAP (S/4) tooling and project methodology knowledge
• Previous experience as a functional SAP consultant (Sales, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, finance) preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills; adept at building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience working in multiple time zones an asset.
• Experience working with an offshore delivery model an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
