Evolve Tour Director - Canada and the USAEvolve Tours is an independent educational travel provider that puts experiential education first. Evolve Tour leaders are responsible for guiding groups of students and teachers on trips to Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Niagara, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and other cities across North America.Who we are: -Highly aligned and in coherence with everyone we work with including suppliers, colleagues, clients and our communities-Strong open communication between team members-Value and respect others values and views-Creative and facilitating to ideas and concepts-Constantly recognizing potential and growth opportunities for our employees and company-Hard working, fun, and responsibleWho you are: -Self motivating-Conscious-Facilitates growth in others-Self disciplined-Self improving-Sees the big picture on all levels-Is a leader-Doesn’t wait to be told what to doQualifications:- Travel experience- Previous experience working with youth ( camp counselor, guide, program leader, teaching etc)- Previous leadership experience- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills- Outgoing, confident, and fun people person- Knowledge of Canadian history, politics, culture, etc. (preference given to individuals with knowledge of cities mentioned)- Ability to travel for 1-7 days for trips (accommodation and most meals provided)- First Aid certified, additional certifications such as WFA, Lifeguarding, etc. an asset (particularly for international travel)- Language skills a plus (particularly for international travel)Job Types: Part-time, FreelanceSalary: $150.00-$210.00 per dayAdditional pay:
