• Baccalauréat en comptabilité
• Connaissance des principes et procédures comptables usuels
• Bilingue (anglais et français, oral et écrit)
• Maitriser les règles fiscales et comptables du Québec

Défis proposés :

• Tenue de livres : enregistrement des dépenses selon les budgets établis, rapprochement des cartes de crédit et autres tâches connexes
• Gérer le cycle de facturation, des feuilles de temps et des taux en vigueur
• Participer au processus de clôture pour la fin du mois, la fin du trimestre et la fin de l’exercice
• Production de rapports (financiers, analyse, gestion, statistiques)
• Analyse de budgets et préparation et mise à jour de projections
• Création et amélioration des outils danalyses, des rapports et des présentations
• Cueillette et analyse de l’information pertinente à la réalisation des projets assignés
• Préparation des analyses et de l’information nécessaires afin d’appuyer la prise de décision (recommandations)
• Création, maintien et optimisation des indicateurs de performance financiers
• Soutien des chefs de département
• Gestion du cycle de facturation, des feuilles de temps et des taux en vigueur

• Bachelors degree in accounting
• Knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures
• Bilingual (English and French, oral and written)
• Knowledge of Quebecs tax and accounting rules

• Analysis of budgets and preparation and updating of projections
• Creation and improvement of analysis tools, reports and presentations
• Gather and analyze information relevant to the realization of assigned projects
• Preparation of analyses and information required to support decision making (recommendations)
• Creation, maintenance and optimization of financial performance indicators
• Support for department managers.
