Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Automation Anywhere A360 Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere A360. The role requires collaboration with various departments to identify automation opportunities, create efficient automated workflows, and maintain and enhance existing bots to improve business processes and operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Develop high-quality RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 to automate business processes and tasks.
  • Process Assessment: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and assess potential processes for automation, ensuring that they are suitable for RPA.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed bots, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and technical specifications.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automated processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness of the RPA solutions.
  • Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy RPA bots in production environments, monitor their performance, and provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure they function optimally.
  • Training and Support: Train and support end-users and team members on RPA tools and best practices, ensuring smooth adoption and efficient use of automation solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize RPA solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years specifically using Automation Anywhere A360.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A360, including creating bots, workflows, and automation scripts.
  • Strong understanding of RPA best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and database management.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications: Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360) is highly desirable. Benefits
