Job Description

Niagara Regional Broadband Network (NRBN) is the Region’s leading Internet Service Provider, and we want you to join our team! We are currently seeking energetic and motivated individuals who are committed to creating positive experiences for our current and prospective customers, as well as acquiring new customers in assigned residential areas. Due to their customer-facing role, the Customer Acquisition Representative (the “Representative”) must exude a positive, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude in all interactions.Acting as a brand ambassador, the Representative is responsible for educating customers, as well as promoting our services and the value they bring to the community through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions. The Representative will also be involved in projects and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.What do we offer

  • Both indoor and outdoor work, in varying weather conditions
  • Participation in education and engagement initiatives within the communities we serve, residential areas, over the phone, and virtual interactions
  • Frequent local vehicle travel
  • Rotational shift hours will be required to ensure proper coverage during evenings and weekends
  • Occasionally required to adjust and/or extend hours of work to meet work demands or customer requirements
  • This position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Records Check and submit a Canadian Police Clearance Certificate (‘PCRC’, ‘CRC’)
  • A valid G-class driver’s license and clean driving abstract is required
