CAA clubs continue to build on the trust earned services provided to members.CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: At Service Ontario, we are committed to providing the citizens of Ontario with fast, friendly and easy access to Ontario government information and services. This Service Ontario is owned and operated by CAA Niagara and located on Thorold Stone Road in Niagara Falls. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, customer-focused individual to join our Service Ontario team as a part-time Customer Service Representative.THE PERKS:

REQUIREMENTS: To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Education: High School Diploma preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, collaboration and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Hours & Location: as a Customer Service Representative at Service Ontario, you must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends on rotation.
RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Providing in-person front counter customer services by providing timely and accurate information related to licensing, health cards and other identification and vehicle permits
  • Supporting customers in completing documents and forms, guidelines and procedures
  • Collecting and Processing payments, issuing refunds, and reconcile payments with transactions
