As a Harvey’s Restaurant District Manager you have the chance to grow your management career and meet some great people. As a leader, you will help coach, motivate, and mentor others in your region (3-4 restaurants Current Locations: Burlington, Niagara Falls, Fort Erie).A District Manager is an important ingredient to the success of our business and is supported by industry-leading technologies and the tools to succeed in our dynamic organization. Harvey’s is deeply committed to excellence and rewards our restaurant leaders for their strong performance.As a District Manager, you:· Are highly skilled in guest relations, business and financial management, and motivating teams.· Maximizing sales and profits by setting the standard of excellent customer service.· Supervise, train, motivate and develop management teams to achieve operational excellence.· Exemplify a continual sense of excellence striving to perform quality improvements.· Support the cultural initiatives of the Company and drive the CORE Training principles.· Audit and review management teams for sales-building plans, people development, and operational issues.· Conduct regular performance reviews; cash, sales, and labor audits.· Ensure QSR franchise standards are enforced and met.· Develop a culture where all of the people on the team feel empowered and accountable for the success of the entire team and the restaurant.· Ability to grow sales and continually improve service levels· Manage and execute on budget· Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture· The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elementsThe ideal candidate has:· 3-5 years in a leadership role in a restaurant environment.· Ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing teams.· Outstanding leadership skills and being able to motivate a diverse team.· Possess exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.· Must be able to manage a P&L and budget.· Be a results-oriented; high-energy, self-starter with proven ability to drive operational effectiveness; multitasks and adapts to shifting priorities Meet and/or exceed the Budgets.· Strong math skills and Windows-based computer skills.· Previous multi-unit restaurant experience an asset· This position requires travel across the region (Burlington to Fort Erie)Remuneration· 40-50k Commensurate on experience· Car Allowance· Annual BonusLocation: 7885 McLeod Road, Niagara Falls, ON L2H 2Y6Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearQuick Apply
