We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Busser to join our Food and Beverage team. This key service position is responsible for:Assisting servers with guest orders and ensures delivery of high quality service.Clearing and cleaning tables to ensure they are presentable; carrying trays of dishes to stewarding area.Restocking cutlery and supplies.Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of our food and beverage outlets.Adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service oriented manner by demonstrating appropriate Marriott service behaviours.Complying with Marriott policies, procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations; etc. Participating in daily standup meetings.All other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.Well organized and attention to detail.Must be able to work well under pressure.Must be able to work breakfast shifts including weekends and holidays.Must have good interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with customers and employees.Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times, while performing multiple tasks among staff, multiple guests/multiple items/products.Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (i.e., lifting 20-lb. trays).To learn more about Canadian Niagara Hotels Group of Businesses or view other current and future job opportunities please visit CNHCAREERS.CAWe also understand that diversity includes people with disabilities who might require reasonable accommodation in order to fully participate and contribute to their full capabilities or candidates for employment interested in reviewing or receiving information pertaining to careers at Canadian Niagara Hotels.
