Job Description

The Medical Office Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of essential duties in an office setting, primarily related to support and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical terminology and working in a medical office. The right candidate will enjoy fast-paced work environments and a flexible schedule.Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone messages.
  • Provide a wide range of clerical support to medical office staff and physicians.
  • Solve problems, troubleshoot, and make decisions on the spot.
  • Keep accurate records of patient appointments and other relevant information.
  • Organize paperwork; Transcribe reports of physical examinations and medical histories.
  • Schedule patient appointments.
  • Prepare medical reports.
  • Answer patients questions about their health and treatment plans.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $16.50 per hourFlexible language requirement:
