Job Description

Responsibilities:Keep the office stocked with needed office suppliesMaintain office filing and storage systemsPerform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintain office equipment, and office assignmentsAssist with general office administrative workMaintaining office filing and recordkeeping systemsMaintain office filing and recordkeeping systemsAssist with all general office dutiesPerform general office duties such as copying, typing and filingPerform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and data entryPerform filing and data entry dutiesManage various office files and suppliesPerform all other office tasksAssist with answering phones and general office administration functionsAssist office staff with administrative workAssist with general office and administrative tasksManage inventory of office suppliesOrdering inventory of office suppliesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to multitask and prioritizeBasic computer skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelExceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work independentlyAbility to multitask and prioritizePart-time hours: 40 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $16.00-$20.00 per hourBenefits:
