Job Description

Full-time and Part-time positions availableAt Ghost Kitchens, we believe in the combination of innovation and hospitality through delivery-only concepts. As our footprint continues to expand we are always looking for enthusiastic, efficient, customer service-oriented people to join our Ghost Kitchen Overnight Crew team. Though we are not a ‘full service’ restaurant, we need people who can excel in customer service while multitasking. We are offering part time and full time employment opportunities at various locations across Canada. You should have experience in hospitality, great communication skills, and a track record of contributing to fantastic teams.OVERVIEW OF POSITIONThe Role of the Ghost Kitchen Overnight Crew is to ensure all aspects of service run according to Ghost Kitchen and brand requirements. This includes but not limited to managing 3rd party tablets, executing on preparation and packaging for all take out and delivery orders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Operational execution of all orders at the Kitchen from all brands including prep, cooking and packaging.
  • Owner of all on shift duties
  • Adhere to all new and regular health & safety guidelines passed down both by Ghost Kitchen Brands including local, provincial, & federal government mandates
  • Pre shift Health Screening Questionnaire
  • Health & safety standards & guidelines
  • 100% compliance with all systems and procedures
  • Maintain cleaning and personal sanitizing tasks throughout the shift
  • Clear communication with management in regards to day to day operations, bringing forth in a clear and professional manner any comments, suggestions, questions or concerns that may affect operations or staff morale.
  • To execute job mandates with excellence to allow senior management to focus on macro operations
Schedule ExpectationsOur kitchens are open early and stay open late so shifts are flexible but will include weekends, and holidays.REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires
