We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.Brief responsibilities:- Present, promote and sell TELUS & Koodo products/services using problem solving methods to existing and prospective customers- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, digital marketing- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction- Achieve agreed upon sales target levels and outcomes within schedule- Coordinate sales and operational efforts with team members and at other locations.- Manage the store and improve its overall performance.- Continuously improve through feedbackWork Remotely
