Job Description

Summer Student JobsNiagara Parks is actively seeking students interested in summer employment opportunities at our various locations. Please submit your resume and apply to be considered for various student positions, as available, within our departments, inclusive of:Culinary Services (Full-Serve and Quick Serve Restaurants)

  • Cook: Prepares salads and sandwiches, washes/cuts fruit and vegetables.
  • Culinary Helper: Washes dishes, clears tables, assists at the counter as required.
  • Restaurant Worker: Greets guests and brings to table (host/hostess), prepares drinks if of age and possesses SMART Serve (Bartender).
  • Sales Associate: Cashing out guests at the register for quick serve locations.
Retail & Attractions
  • Guest Ambassador: Greets guests and answers questions related to NPC sites, assists guests on elevators at attraction locations.
  • Sales Associate: Front-line staff who are responsible for cashing out guests at the register at retail stores, answering questions related to NPC products/services, assisting guests at welcome centres, selling attractions passes.
  • Attractions Operator: Assisting guests into/out of Aero Car attraction.
Heritage Services
  • Historic Guide: Conduct tours of NPC historic sites with guests.
Horticulture and Education (Niagara Glen)
  • Guest Ambassador: Provides guided tours and monitors/tracks activity in the Niagara Glen, provides visitor assistance with trail maps and questions. Must be able to safely access and hike in the rigorous nature trail and non-trail environments.
Your application will be considered for any of the above positions as they come available within our Culinary Services, Retail & Attractions, Heritage Services, and Horticulture and Education, and Parks Operations departments.The application deadline for these positions will be June 30, 2022, however, applications will be reviewed and considered as they are received.
