Part Time$22.62Application Deadline: May 13, 2022Does the ability to record accurate and detailed information while detecting and monitoring suspicious activity interest you Are communication skills and the ability to multitask the keys to your success If you would like to be on a team of Great People delivering great service, we may have just the opportunity for you.The job involves:Monitoring gaming floors, table games, soft count rooms, cages, slots, bars, restaurants and back-of-house areas at both propertiesDetecting and monitoring all suspicious activities that may adversely affect gaming, our patrons and associatesIdentifying potential gaming floor conflicts and notifying security and external law enforcement agenciesEnsuring departments are following standard operating procedures and applicable policiesRecording accurate and detailed information on reports and conducting thorough investigations using the digital video systemWorking safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislationThorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino propertiesWorking independently and as one team that supports and helps one anotherFlexibility to support a 24/7 operationThe ideal candidate has:College diploma or University degree with a concentration in Criminology or LawMinimum 2 years experience working in a casino environmentExceptional analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills, strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced highly regulated environmentProficient computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeNiagara Casinos is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive environment by providing equal opportunity to candidates of all abilities.
