  • Experience in preparing forecasts and supporting all aspects of annual budget preparation
  • Significant experience in analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss, gross margin, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.)
  • Required to work collaboratively with other teams and departments, familiar with being a part of strategic organizational financial planning
  • You have demonstrated experience with preparing, maintaining, and overseeing the annual budget planning cycle from individual templates to final approved plan
  • You are a comfortable communicator through a variety of methods, always professional, courteous, and timely, working easily with department leads and managers to secure accurate information
  • You are familiar with the preparation of a variety of monthly reports and statements - P&L, travel summaries and any financial benchmarking reports
  • Very experienced with Financial Modelling and forecasting the potential risks and impacts of financial transactions in Excel or Oracle
  • Extremely focused on details, taking the time to ensure completeness and accuracy in your work and review of others
  • You are efficient with your time and processes
  • You are comfortable and can easily navigate an organization’s informal and formal networks
  • You enjoy leading a team towards common objectives and goals, understanding the importance of demonstrating company culture through your actions which foster a sense of belonging for others

You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, as well as experience with accounting systems, JDEdwards, Oracle – PBCS & HFM. You have proven discretion when dealing with confidential matters, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. You are experienced in leading a team towards common objectives/goals, easily multi-tasking, and prioritizing. You have exceptional customer service skills that compliment your ability to connect and help support the work of the business.
  • this position is based in our Canadian, Corporate Head Office, St. Catharines. This role is available for a HYBRID working arrangement, available to be performed both in office and home.
