Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Manager, you’ll work with a team of Customer Service Representatives who strive to assist and support each other as much as they help and support our customers. Creating a positive experience for customers through email communication, live chat and phone calls is all in a day’s work, and we’re here for it! We believe in going above and beyond for our customers, in every interaction and our CSRs are known for their ‘wow’ moments.Your RoleUnder the supervision of Customer Experience Manager, your role is to champion Customer Service by creating the most positive experience through phone, email and live chat. Cheerfully help customers with any concerns by offering advice, solutions, refunds and exchanges and tend to any questions or concerns and aim to exceed customer expectations. Handle order entry as needed, report any issues impeding customer satisfaction with the website or products, process returned customer mail and undeliverable orders by postal services. Be a strong team player by participating and engaging in team meetings and performing other related duties as assignedThis role is a contract for our peak summer season as parents prep children for camp and back to school and is busy!
