Job Description

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries and enter orders into computer system in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to high profile customers and coordinate large/complicated orders.
  • Ensure Opportunities and Cases are kept updated in CRM system
  • Keep Outside Sales updated on quotations and order status.
  • Provide catalogue and pricing information to customers.
  • Provide comprehensive product and selection support to customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Some college coursework is preferred.
  • Three (3) years of customer service or administrative experience with a power transmission distributor or other power transmission manufacturer.
  • Experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
