Job Description

Company DescriptionTo accurately receive product into stock in a timely bases within a busy Distribution Centre. Make product available for customer orders so as to ensure customer on-time and fill-rate requirements. Ensure a safe work environment in the process.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:

  • Perform putaway and replenishment process utilizing RF scanners
  • Unload pallets and receive goods, notify Lead Hand/Supervisor of any damages or discrepancies
  • Off load overseas containers (hand bomb cases) and palletize by product; wrap pallets before putaway
  • Receive and document all returns and direct them to the Return Area
  • 9:00am - 5:00pm shift - Monday to Friday
Daily / Monthly Operational Procedures:
  • Adhere to all safety, maintenance and housekeeping policies/procedures
  • Participate in safety meetings
  • Provide flexibility to rotational schedules as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
  • Forklift License - i.e. Order Picker/Bay Lifter, Reach Truck, Counter Balance an asset - must be willing to get certified within first 3 months of employment
  • 2-3 years related distribution experience an asset
  • Computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Capable to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Grade 12 diploma
  • SAP experience is an asset
