Job Description

Work Setting:

  • Full-time
  • Approximately 40+ hours per week
  • Hourly wage: $21.50 to $30+ (negotiable, based on experience)
  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays
Duties/Responsibilities include :
  • Cut grass, trim edges
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
  • Weed, prune and trim trees and plants
  • Remove litter and garbage
  • Cart and spread topsoil/mulch and other materials
  • Rake leaves/grass
Requirements – Must Own the Following :
  • Steel-toed safety boots/shoes
  • Safety glasses/goggles
  • Ear protection
  • Gloves
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to and from company shop
Job location:
  • Oakville, ON
  • Residential and commercial properties
Experience /Skills Required :
  • Working knowledge of lawn maintenance equipment
  • Experience using related equipment (examples: weed trimmer/edger, push mower, tractor mower, leaf blower, pick-up truck) considered an asset
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be hardworking, reliable
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Be punctual
