Job Description

Canlan Sports is the largest private sector operator and developer of recreational sports complexes in North America. We understand our customers’ need for service excellence and are committed to it.We are looking for a passionate cook for our Wild Wing restaurant. In this role you will plate and present food service in a prompt, courteous and accurate manner in accordance with standardized recipes that exceed guest’s expectations.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Food preparation in keeping with standardized recipes including the following
  • Apply developed knowledge of menu items
  • Ensure opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent)
  • Ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage of products and receive delivery when required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Food Safe Certified (or equivalent) required
  • Previous food preparation experience an asset
  • Positive and team orientated attitude
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends)
