Job Description

Membership and Personal Sales RepresentativeOne Health Clubs is a full service upscale health club looking for Membership and Personal Training Sales Representative who knows how to put the member first. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and friendly sales staff available to work full-time with the flexibility to cover days, evenings and weekends for our Oakville location.Role/ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidates should be success driven, ready to take initiative, have a dynamic personality, good time management skills and with a serious passion for Fitness. The candidate will:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly goals to include: sales, appointments booked for each shift, member referrals, and closing percentage
  • Complete all administration in accordance with company standards
  • Build rapport and relationships with prospective and current members
  • Handle customer complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
Qualifications
  • Exemplary communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 2 years previous sales experience
  • Valid CPR and First Aid
  • Computer experience as it relates to data entry and on-line registration
  • Basic workout/fitness knowledge
