Job Description

We are currently looking for outgoing, self-driven, team-oriented, and intelligent candidates to be a part of our 2022 Regional Manager team in our home servicing business! We are a team of students that are looking to make our mark this summer in the community, and grow a student based company! The Regional Manager runs a business-in-a-business as they take the first bite out of the world of sales and management.WHAT WILL YOU DOAs a Regional Manager, you will have the opportunity to sit in the drivers seat of a real world existing business and take care of real customers. You will manage a territory, and, while doing so, be completely responsible for all aspects of the region. We are there for training and support and mentorship, but ultimately, this is your chance to be responsible for the daily operations and put your own mark on something. The Regional Manager will be responsible to:Learn to do the following:

  • Recruit, interview and manage a team of 2-4 crew members
  • Manage the logistics of a local window cleaning business operations in a specified region
  • Maintain high levels of customer service excellence with our valued repeat customers
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy in order to grow your location’s business
  • Solve the day-to-day problems that come with being a leader
  • Make financial decisions around allocating limited resources

Each Regional Manager has a weekly one-on-one call to plan their weeks, go over goals, and solve business problems. In person training sessions are designed to give the basics needed to perform, and coaching takes that theory and moves it into experience.EARNINGSEach Regional Manager has an established minimum compensation of $19/hrAll Regional Managers are eligible for both bonuses and commissions based on their performance.FIRST THINGS FIRST, YOU NEED: A valid drivers licenseFull time access to a vehicleOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
